Digital Items Banned From Ebay
Unfortunately its true…Effective March 31, 2008 Ebay sellers that sell digital products will be in violation of Ebay Regulations!

In typical Ebay fashion, we have a ONE WEEK notice… Now I know the doom and gloom is going to start. But this is just the nature of the Internet Marketing business.
We need to be able to roll with the punches, while this may seem like a knock out blow….its really not. We should look for answers and alternatives, because we all know that complaining to a SuperPower like Ebay is a waste of time.
So for starters, this only stresses a point that I have made clear to everyone I speak to….You must have your own Website to succeed online. No longer can we use Ebay as the store front for our digital business.
We can still utilize the Ebay system by selling our digital products as a total collection offered on a CD, which in turn makes our products worth more to the buyer.
The whole automated portion of our Ebay business will be the most impacted….and we will have to come up with some solutions to that as well.
The bottom line is that we have a short week to figure it out…
Check back here often, because I have asked the Ebay PowerSeller Support some questions and asked for some clarification and I will post more when I hear it.
